Hi! My name is Sydney Jones. I grew up in Averill Park, NY and currently reside there as well. Along with working at Kidz Korner After School, I am a full-time student at the College of Saint Rose studying early childhood education and special education. I began working at Kidz Korner in 2019 and love the relationships I have built with the families throughout the years. Working with children has always been my passion and I strive every day to make Kidz Korner a safe and inviting environment for all. My team and I love to plan exciting activities for the children to do during the after school and summer camp program.
Outside of Kidz Korner and school, I enjoy spending my free time with my friends, family, and my three dogs. I also love reading, writing, and getting into DIY projects! Family has always been an extremely important part of my life so every second I am able to spend with them, I do! I also volunteer and donate to Saint Jude’s Children’s Hospital when I can, and I have also volunteered for the Big Brother Big Sister organization as well. I enjoy helping out my community whenever possible!
