The Latham Enrollment packet details what your child will need for Summer Camp.
The link below takes you to the Latham Summer Camp Enrollment Packet that contains the forms that need to be completed to enroll your child as well as what your child needs to bring to Summer Camp. To reserve your child's spot, all enrollment paperwork and activity fees must be submitted together. Please note that the enrollment contract must be notarized before submitting to us. Also, cash or money orders are the only acceptable forms of payment for the activity fee.

If your child is new to Kidz Korner or has not attended prior to September 1, 2012, you will need to complete a new child enrollment packet for each child. This packet must be completed and submitted prior to your child's first day at Summer Camp.
