Hello!

Kidz Korner Guilderland Director Janice Boyles I’m Janice Boyles, and I’ve been an early childhood educator for nearly 30 years. I have an A.A.S and an A.A. degree, a B.A. in Public Communication from the College of St. Rose and an M.S. Ed in Early Childhood Education from the University of North Dakota. I began working at Kidz Korner in the fall of 2013 as the Director at the Latham Center before coming to Guilderland in January of 2016. MAT certified, I also taught preschool and pre-k for many years, eventually becoming an Education Coordinator and Assistant Director at a daycare center near home. I have always felt a certain excitement in the early childhood classroom and enjoy finding ways to connect the outside world with my classrooms.

I currently reside in Schoharie with my husband and two furbabies. Our three children are our world: Mary who works in Albany, Jared who works in Manhattan and Chad who attends the State University of New York at Cortland. I love family get togethers, working around the house and relaxing by the fire.
